What is hashrate?
Hashrate is the measure of a computer's processing power in performing cryptographic calculations per second, such as 10 TH/s (terahashes per second) for a high-performance Bitcoin miner. The higher, the better.
What is power efficiency?
Miner power efficiency is the measure of how much electricity a miner uses to perform a certain amount of computational work, such as 50 J/TH (joules per one terahash) for a highly efficient Bitcoin mining machine. The lower, the better.
What is power consumption?
Miner power consumption is the amount of electrical energy a mining device uses, such as 3,000 watts for a high-performance Bitcoin miner. It means it consumes 3 kilowatts of electrical energy per 1 hour. The lower, the better.
Why is the price of electricity in crypto mining important?
The price of electricity is crucial in crypto mining because it directly impacts the profitability of mining operations, as lower electricity costs can significantly reduce overall expenses, making mining more viable; for instance, a Bitcoin miner in a region with electricity costing $0.08 per kilowatt-hour will have much lower operational costs and a much higher profits compared to a miner in an area where electricity costs $0.20 per kilowatt-hour.
Why do miner prices change so frequently?
Miner prices change frequently due to fluctuations in cryptocurrency market conditions, technological advancements, and supply and demand dynamics; for instance, during a bull market, increased demand for mining equipment can drive up prices, while the release of more efficient mining hardware can lead to older models being sold at discounted rates.
However, the most important factor in miners pricing is the current value of the coin that a specific machine can mine. In short, crypto industry correlates the miner prices with actual value of the current mining. For example, the higher value BTC/USD has, the higher are the prices of BTC miners.
What kind of payments do you provide?
Currently, our customers can use standard bank transfers and VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY online payments.
What are the shipping options?

How long does a delivery take?
To provide the latest and most efficient products, most of them are ordered from our manufacturers and suppliers on demand. Expected delivery time is therefore usually within 7-10 business days, in some cases within 10-45 business days.
Shipping times and rates to other areas vary by destination and will be calculated at
checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How are the customs processed?
For shipping to European Union countries, the customs costs are already included in the product prices. However, shipping outside EU is a subject to local customs. For more information, please contact us at info@hashgear.io.
Where can i find information about my order?
If you are a registered user, you can find information about your order in your account. Also, for both registered and unregistered users we provide an external link from our shipping contractor to observe the current state of the order.
I couldn't pick up the order. What should I do?
If you could not pick up the order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hashgear.io. We can arrange for a repeated delivery. For more information, please see section 6 of our Terms of service.
I want to return a purchased product and a refund. What should I do?

Do I have to be a registered user?
No, you don't have to register but we strongly recommend it as after registration, you have better options for working with orders, communication with us and you also get access to various promotions and special offers.
